So the plan that is definitely to go ahead was to remove the main door and not let it obstruct the space and yet have some privacy when the lift door opens, as it is a private lift, strangers may happen to be in the lift when the door opens at the level. So Joyce gave the idea of putting the table at the side of the grille, but her plan was to have a customized one to join nicely, extending out from the kitchen. However, the table was long bought before the renovation and would not be able to accommodate the design that was proposed. Also. by putting it there, would mean that privacy may be compromised every time the lift door opens, though seldom.
Living and kitchen area is just beautiful, the way she cast the lightings on the marble tabletop. Her choice of marble was also outstanding, that brought out the exquisiteness of the whole place and the uniqueness of the texture of the tabletop grains.
Kid room were nicely planned out and the use of space is perfect, with even the rollout bed for Grandma when she comes over to stay. That is very considerate to have built in this option.
Junior suite was pretty standard with the choice of shelving or closed cabinets to make the whole place tidier.
So for the master bedroom, in order to make use of that bay window again, a platform bed was proposed but it will be the hassle of having to climb up and the down platform. Well it may last for a year or two but not the creaking knees after 10 years. We struggled a lot on this, as the platform would have used very well the bay window space.
And this place is the absolute haven for so many, a space that is so well planned and fully made use of.

A very nice lady, who is very accommodating. She is so patient and we really need to be thankful to her for taking all our sxxx. And this is the place we had our snacks and tea while discussing and changing planssssss. But she always loses her phone.
